Plan members are encouraged to use hospitals on our networks. However, if member decides to use out hospitals outside the network, he/she will be reimbursed based on the cost applicable under the plan. The plan will not process a full refund
The annual health check is covered on the plan for principals at our designated diagnostic centres. The Member is advised to send an email to hmo@dot.ai selecting their preferred date and centre. This will enable us pre-book an appointment at the facility.

The gym can only be accessed by principals (staff) only and they are entitled to 2 sessions per week. Members are advised to review the list of gyms for the gyms available on their specific plans.
